Electrical & plumbing
Electrical and plumbing planned together, tested before the walls close
When wiring and pipes are handled by separate teams, walls get cut twice and lines clash. We plan both on one layout, run them together and test everything before tiling and plaster.
At a glance
Wiring and plumbing planned together, so walls are cut once, lines stay apart and both systems are tested before tiling.

Why combine electrical and plumbing work?
Planning both together means walls are chased once, pipes and conduits don't clash, and one team is responsible for testing. It usually saves time and avoids damage to finished surfaces.
How do you test before tiling?
Water lines are pressure-tested, typically at around 10 kg/cm², and circuits get an insulation resistance test. Walls are closed only after both pass.
Will I get drawings of the concealed lines?
Yes. You receive as-built drawings and photos of concealed lines, which make future repairs and changes much easier.
